Meet the Author

Henry Glickel brings over 20 years of recruiting expertise, having successfully led and completed more than 1,800 searches across a broad range of industries. His experience spans sales, accounting, finance, IT, human resources, client services, management, and executive roles, including members of the C-suite and Board of Directors for private companies of various sizes.

Since 1995, Henry has been an integral part of Sales Recruiters, Inc., serving in roles such as recruiter, manager, president, and consultant. In January 2011, he became a consultant to Barclay Personnel Systems following a merger.

Henry holds prestigious certifications from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), including the Certified Placement Consultant (CPC) and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). He is globally recognized in the staffing industry and is one of only 30 professionals to hold the CERS distinction.
