Job Summary

Our client is in a quickly-growing industry  and is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their fast paced team. Successful candidates are skilled in interpersonal communication and problem solving, are focused and motivated, and have a passion for helping people.  The Customer Service Manager  is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department.  Duties include communicating customer service objectives to Customer Service Representatives and other department personnel, compiling data to make assessments of their department’s progress and coordinating with upper management to find ways to enhance their customer service objectives among their employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
  • Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques

Required Skills

  • Customer Service Management experience where they have trained, hired, and mentored employees.
  • Has written scripts for Customer Service reps
  • BI Lingual would be nice but not required

  • About 80% of time will be dealing with customers, dealing with their planners and procurement teams
  • Will working closely with their own engineers, productions people, sales and marketing people
  • Finding out timelines from production, dealing with problems and delays etc.
