Reaching Future Job Candidates Worldwide

For the second consecutive year, Sales Recruiters, Inc. President and Recruiter, Henry Glickel, had the privilege of connecting virtually with students from the Alison Bixby Stone School in Honduras. Located in the valley of Yeguare, Fco Morazán, Honduras, this private bilingual school reached out to Henry to conduct Zoom interviews with their class.

The students, as part of a homework assignment, diligently reviewed and were tested on Sales Recruiters' interview mastery program, the same one used for screening their own candidates. Henry was thoroughly impressed with the level of preparation and execution displayed by the students in their responses to the interview questions.

What stood out even more was the fact that over 60% of these high school students already had LinkedIn profiles. This highlights the importance of early career planning and professional networking, showing that it's never too early to create and maintain a LinkedIn profile for future career success.

Ashley Shunk, the teacher facilitating the virtual experience, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "That was a fantastic experience for my students. I would like to do this again with a different group of students next year; I can imagine embedding it into the curriculum for even more impact on the students."

This initiative not only provides valuable real-world experience for the students but also underscores the importance of collaboration between educators and professionals like Henry. As they continue to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical skills development, the potential for positive impact on the students' future career trajectories is immense.

Henry looks forward to continuing this partnership and remains committed to empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the professional world. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting collaboration!
