Our client is an Orange County-based Regional Employee Benefits and Insurance Brokerage Firm with multiple locations in Southern CA. They have an impeccable reputation and have been in business for close to 100 years. They provide risk management services, and employee benefits solutions for businesses and individuals. They’ve engaged with Sales Recruiters because they are in growth mode and expanding their sales team. The company's sales management provides mentorship and technical training to help you open doors quickly. Our client's service team is comprised of experienced account executives and account managers offering support and value-added services that allow you to always be focused on selling. Performance Objectives

  1. Inventory- Long-term business of $3 to 5M in revenue. Intermediate business of $2 to $3M in revenue. Active business in the next 12 months of $500k in revenue.
  2. Making progress on verticals. You have developed one or more niches that lead you to become an expert. 
  3. New business- $100 to 200k in new business revenue in the first 12 months.
  4. Intangibles- Progression, growth, long-term career aspirations in a growth industry. You are putting the hours in and truly understand where you are going. Our client will invest in your success.
As the Account Executive, you will create and bring in new opportunities and provide solutions to businesses in Orange County. You will employ successful sales-based marketing strategies such as prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to identify and secure potential clients.

Required Skills


  • 4+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Microsoft Office Suite fluency
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and big pictured focused
  • Proactive and takes action
  • Curious mindset
  • Ability to improvise and think outside of the box
  • Base salary with unlimited bonus potential
  • Residual commissions upon validation
  • Reimbursement for mileage, cell phone, training, and other business-related expenses
