Sales Account Executive–Commercial Design Build Furnish Solutions
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Account Executive on behalf of a leading commercial design build furnish solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to generate new business, working closely with architects, property developers, and business owners to sell award-winning commercial design build furnish solutions. The role involves guiding projects from concept to completion while achieving significant sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary/draw/guarantee: $80K (Plus) + 2% commission; uncapped earning potential with personalized commission structures. High performers make over $200K after establishing their territory and connected networks.

Responsibilities
Key Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like In The Position)
- Sell $500K in sales in 1st full year
- Create 4 Power Partners-Commercial Brokers, Architects, Commercial Contractors, people in the commercial design field
- Develop National Accounts
- Built and Follow Through on a $1.5M sales funnel
- Book 2 appointments per week with potential customers and prospects
- Attend networking events in industry and affinity business organizations/associations
- Prospect, call on, and meet with architects, interior designers, property developers, and business owners to generate new business opportunities.
- Sell end-to-end commercial interior design services, including workspace planning, furniture solutions, and full-scale renovations.
- Guide clients through the project lifecycle: initial concept, design development, and final execution.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using personal networks, company leads, and marketing resources.
- Present solutions aligned with client objectives and architectural specifications.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract close.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, project coordinators, and manufacturing) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track all sales activity in CRM systems and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Leverage LinkedIn, social media, and other tools to maximize business development efforts.
Required Skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in business-to-business. Commercial interiors, furniture solutions, or renovation services is a plus.
- Experience working with architects, designers, developers, or property owners on commercial projects.
- Established professional network; an existing book of business is a strong plus.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Positive, resilient, and self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM platforms.
