 creates high-quality custom software and provides software consultancy focused on agile development and transparent project management. Responsibilities

Success and Performance Objectives for 2022:
Develop and establish new partnerships and close business with 3-5 logos per year
Create and Maintain a Pipeline with a Value of $3M
Follow a Sales Process that Has Developed and Honed With Past Consistent Positive Results
Understand and Able to Convey Company's Full-Service Offerings
Be Able to Engage with All Levels and Members of the Company
Become Knowledgeable on Project Management and Design
Develop and nurture referral partners in the verticals of technology, healthcare IT, marketing, and cybersecurity.

A Typical Day is comprised of the following:

  • Sales Strategy/ Prospecting (35%) Prospect, qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities, Provide accurate pipeline forecasting on a consistent basis
  • Consultative Sales (25%) Incorporate knowledge of our services into the sales process while being able to close deals.
  • Communication (25%) Communicate with technical staff (software engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers) both internally and externally.  
  • Operations/Administrative (15%) Coordinate sales activities with other team members to orchestrate internal resources.
The essential function of the role is revenue-driving into the organization, pipeline management, and repeat customers/book management. Walking through a successful cycle includes taking leads from the website, BDRs, and prospect identification the qualify, then setting up meetings with the departments (engineering, design, and product management), then obtaining buy-in from key decision-makers, and then negotiating and closing. After the project is completed, you will be able to pursue new projects with clients as clients are kept by the Account Executive.

Required Skills

Ability to Learn New Technology Quickly

Ability to work in a long sales cycle (6 months to 18 months) environment
Have Traits and Mindset that include Accountability, Persistence, Goal/Milestone Motivated
Have 4 years of Professional Sales Experience
Comfortable Knowledge and Experience in Salesforce
Ability to Create Reports and Proposals.
Some experience selling in the software development industry preferred
