Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to help scale the organization’s outsourced call center services nationwide. The ideal candidate is someone with a background in consultative call center sales, capable of building and managing a revenue-generating pipeline while remaining deeply aligned with the nonprofit’s mission.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like In The Position)

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets starting at $3.5M in year one, and growing to $4.5M in year two.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of at least $5 million in qualified opportunities.
  • Engage clients by conducting a minimum of 30 tailored sales presentations/proposals per year to qualified prospects.
  • Maintain 100% logging of all sales activities in the CRM system on a weekly basis.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Effectively communicate the organization’s mission while selling BPO services to socially conscious partners.
  • Exhibit resilience, initiative, and confidence in navigating long sales cycles and overcoming objections.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in sales or business development call center services  or BPO sales, preferably in a consultative or solution-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, meet sales quotas, and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of call center operations and the ability to align services with client needs.
• Experience selling complementary services, such as software solutions or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to sales tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for contributing to a mission-focused organization and making a social impact.
