Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role you will implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT staffing industry. In addition to identifying potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities
Objectives of the Role:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging online platforms.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations.
- Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placement of qualified IT professionals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Required Skills
Required skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.
- Track record of signing new clients and generated Sales and Business Revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
