Job Summary

Our Client is an industry leader in permanent, temporary, and temp-to-perm placement services in a wide variety of areas such as Light Industrial, Administrative, Construction and IT and they are looking to add a top sales producer to their highly compensated team in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building a territory/portfolio through effective prospecting
  • Cold call & road warrior role. Expected to visit prospects in the region.
  • Obtaining appointments for meetings and presentations
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to build a referral network with a specific set of tools and deliverables and on-going "farming" activities
  • Generating revenue through a highly organized and supported work plan
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Assist in finding prospects and leads
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Provide customer support when needed
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Prepare and present pipeline reports
  • Understands that what gets measured gets improved and you see the power of using a CRM program.
  • Creative outside the box problem solver
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Sales hunter- the ability to prospect and close new business
  • Prior sales experience in recruiting/staffing preferred
  • Key personality traits; very positive personality, highly motivated, strong mindset, goal-oriented.
  • Someone who is not afraid of hunting and rejection and highly acclimated in relationship building.
  • You are trainable and coachable and know you can achieve a six-figure income.
  • Understands that what gets measured gets improved and you see the power of using a CRM program.
Our client offers a base salary of $60,000 and a realistic first year’s total earnings range of $85,000- $100,000. $125,000+ OTE year two. Top reps earn $200,000+. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health & Dental Insurance, 401k w/ match, Auto Allowance, and Paid Time Off.
