Responsibilities

A junior account executive who has the ability to generate and set up meetings. Must be able to perform sales administration tasks such as filling out internal paperwork, update CRM, mapping accounts, make phone calls, sending out emails. Managing email campaigns and a strong aptitude to follow up. Someone who is able to qualify potential business deals by analyzing basic deal criteria such as: Budget, decision makers, validity as well as the viability of the deal, timeline for the decision to be made. Your goal is to set up meetings for the business development team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary: • Provide administrative support (create internal paperwork, research accounts, update existing lists). • Execute campaigns, follow up with customers to set up meetings. • Update the CRM w new contacts etc. • Provide administrative support i.e. set up meetings, lunches, take reservations, set up travel, coordinate lunch orders etc. • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as required. • Support customer onboarding process which includes, NDA’s, Client forms, follow up to ensure documents are filled out. • Strategic outreach (cold & warm) to corporate prospects • Qualifying marketing-generated leads • Researching companies, identifying key decision-makers, technical buyers, influencers and developing sales leads • Scheduling qualified sales calls for Account Executives • Uncover pain points and identify relevant account information • Ensure accurate, complete and timely updates to prospect activity in CRM • Work with Account Executives to generate targeted lead lists • Must be strong with MS office products (work, excel, PPT etc.) Secondary: • Sit in on sales calls, take notes and follow up on action items etc.
• Lead generation/prospecting skills and qualification of an opportunity • Networking capabilities • Strong with Excel and online tools. • Ability to cleanse lists, update the CRM, send out email campaigns and stay organized. • Comfortable making high-volume of daily outreaches to corporate prospects • Objection Handling • Setting up meetings for the Business Development team, making lunch appointments, planning events etc. • Must be able to do all paperwork and CRM activities to enter prospects, leads and customers, fill out all key information into the CRM for onboarding, new Secondary: • Understanding of Trevera agreements: NDAs, SOW, SLA, MSA, etc. • Reporting to Trevera management.
• Able to make 75 outreaches per day • Responsible for updating company CRM with account updates and well as opportunity progression in the system • Setting up 1 meeting with a new prospect every week.
• Can support policies and procedures for a professional services organization. • Must to be able to work with the delivery and support teams at Trevera • Must have attention to detail • Have an understanding of the services provided and knowing when to bring in the appropriate • Understand internal processes and ensure that Work orders, CRM, Recruiting systems are updated correctly and in a timely manner


Required Skills

• Able to research companies, find key names, decision makers, email addresses etc.
• Undergraduate Degree • Prior experience in BDR role helpful • Comfortable making high-volume of daily outreaches to corporate prospects • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate core value propositions • Ability to ask a prospect their pain points and document them.
• Able to qualify and prioritize customer priorities to other areas of the business • Able to allocate time between email, phone call and LinkedIn outreach • Able to communicate effectively with customers and engage other areas of the business correctly and at the right time • Able to prioritize, multi-task/manage opportunities effectively • Must be detail oriented and able to follow internal processes, follow processes and communicate and work with other departments
• Must be able to identify concerns that a customer has and should be able to exception handle them • Must be able to understand the constraints of the organization and manage the customer’s expectations when scheduling discovery meetings etc. • Must be creative able to map accounts, get to key decision makers, set up appointments, be able to come up with creative solutions on cleaning data, loading data, acquiring data.
Desire to learn, grow and always continue to improve oneself and the organization. • Need a can do attitude with a desire to grow in your career. • CRM experience is a huge plus especially if you have NetSuite CRM experience.
