Our client is an industry leader in direct hire, temporary and temp-to-perm placement services in a wide variety of areas such as Light Industrial, Administrative & Clerical, and Hospitality and they are looking to add a top sales producer to their highly compensated team on the East Coast.
Our client offers a base salary of $65,000 and a realistic first year’s total earnings range of $125,000 $135,000+ OTE. The culture is best described as an environment that rewards performance with work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Building a territory/portfolio through effective prospecting
- Cold call & road warrior role. Expected to visit prospects in the region.
- Obtaining appointments for meetings and presentations
- Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to build a referral network with a specific set of tools and deliverables and on-going "farming" activities
- Generating revenue through a highly organized and supported work plan
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Assist in finding prospects and leads
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Build strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Provide customer support when needed
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Prepare and present pipeline reports
- Understands that what gets measured gets improved and you see the power of using a CRM program.
- Creative outside the box problem solver
Required Skills
Requirements:
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Sales hunter- the ability to prospect and close new business
- Experience in a B2B sales environment. Prefer staffing experience but not required
- Must be located on the East Coast
- Ability to follow a sales plan and use the CRM system
- Ability to ‘farm’ after 6-18 Months, maintain existing accounts
