Our client offers a $65,000 base salary and a generous residual commission plan yielding a realistic first year total earnings range of $125,000. - $150,000. Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume book of Insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Build positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and advocacy
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
- Coordinate with department manager on expiration lists for renewal business information
Required Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of three years of Commercial Account Management experience required
- Property & Casualty License required
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
