The Senior Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Professional will engage a targeted CISO (Chief Information Security Officer). THINK GARTNER AND FORRESTER targets. The company provides up-to-date information for the purpose of being proactive and safe with their systems.

Our favored client is a stable, well-established firm in the in-depth security decision support and insights. Successful sales professionals have previously worked at SmartBear, Gartner, Forrester, Oracle, Rapid7, and Insight Global

 

Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives: 

  • Deliver ARR in revenue of $500K-$800M.
  • Develop a strong pipeline with CISOs of mid-market and large companies
  • Close average deal of $50K-70K 
  • Be able to adjust to a 3-6 month sales cycle
  • Help develop brand recognition of the company in the marketplace
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers  in the marketplace

What You’ll Be Doing...

Own and grow revenue within your assigned accounts by building strategic relationships and consistently delivering value

Manage the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing — with precision, urgency, and professionalism

Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) across activity, pipeline development, and closed business

Embrace a goal-driven mindset where consistent execution translates into real, measurable impact

Lead compelling technical and business conversations with prospects in collaboration with our internal experts, both one-on-one and at high-value events like Roundtables and Technical Symposiums

Translate complex concepts into clear, outcome-focused messaging that drives action

Be an active contributor to a collaborative, high-integrity sales culture that values curiosity, passion, and teamwork

Share learnings, support your teammates, and celebrate group wins as enthusiastically as your own

Travel regularly (30–40%) to connect with prospects face-to-face, build trust, and represent our brand at industry events and customer meetings

Experience:
3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling to C-level executives or national enterprise accounts

A strong track record of exceeding quota and driving measurable results in the Mid-Market and Enterprise-sized market
