Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the metro Dallas market. In this role, you will be responsible for both developing new business and managing existing accounts within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (What Does Success In The Position Look Like):
Develop new business with innovative and competitive advanced telecommunications and VOIP technology to SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise (small to medium to large companies)
Able to prospect in-person a defined local territory (25-30 in-person (not remote) door-to-door
Able to bring prospects to meetings (where 80% of meetings lead to a sale)
Comfortable being on the field every day, unless in the local office for training, meetings, or operational activities.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers, establish relationships, and convert leads into new sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Understand customers' unique needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to position our client's products and services effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings to provide clients with accurate product recommendations and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably within the Dallas-Fort Worth area
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building, with a demonstrated ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
