Join our client, a leading commercial HVAC ductwork fabrication company on the East Coast, as their Director of Sales and Business Development. We are looking for a strategic leader to drive their outside sales, customer relations, and estimating teams towards achieving their business objectives and enhancing their market position.

About the Role:
As the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and execute front-end strategies that support our growth and profitability goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and maintaining a competitive edge in the ductwork manufacturing industry.

Our client offers a $150,000 base salary and bonus program yielding a realistic first year earnings range of $175,000 - $200,000 and includes a comprehensive and generous benefits package including Health Insurance, 401k with match, PTO and more. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for developing a robust sales strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of four direct reports, including Northern and Southern Territory Representatives, Customer Service Team Lead, and Estimating Manager.
- Establish performance targets, track progress, and ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance within the team and across the organization.

- Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making based on market insights.
