Join our client, a leading provider of high-end luxury building products, as their Director of Sales and Business Development. They are looking for a strategic leader to drive their outside sales, customer relations, and estimating teams towards achieving their business objectives and enhancing their market position.
About the Role:
As the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will work closely with the CEO, and all the members of your inside sales team and outside sales members to develop and execute front-end strategies that support our growth and profitability goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop a robust sales strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of four inside sales direct reports and four outside nationwide sales representatives
- Establish performance targets, track progress, and ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance within the team and across the organization.
