Inside Sales Associate - Minneapolis, MN - Lake and Pond Solutions

Our client is seeking a driven, customer focused Inside Sales Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for lake and pond owners seeking solutions for weeds, muck, and algae. This is a high-volume, inbound sales role—not order taking. Customers come to our client motivated. Your job will be to guide the conversation, recommend the right solutions, confidently ask for the sale, and ensure disciplined follow-up so no opportunity is missed.

 Our client offers a base salary of $36,000 and a generous commission plan yielding a realistic first year total earnings range of $75,000 - $135,000. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with customers via phone, chat, email, and showroom
• Recommend and close product solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries
• Develop deep product and lake management expertise
• Enter orders in NetSuite and collaborate across departments
• Upsell when it benefits the customer
