Interviewing Immediately – Regional Sales Manager – Denver, CO - Building Industry
We have been retained to find a top producing Regional Sales Manager for our industry’s leading high-performance building envelope systems company. The Regional Manager will build relationships with Independent Sales Representatives in the residential building, commercial building, manufactured housing/building and recreational vehicle market segment in the North Central and Northwest United States. If you are visionary big picture thinker who tends to develop strong informed opinions, likes blazing trails and taking chances, despises routine tasks and solitude, and would enjoy leveraging your competitive personality as part of a high-performance brand marketing team, then we want to talk with you!
In this role you will use your 5+ years of Sales and Sales Management experience to develop and lead independent sales representatives to create top 50 builder, roofer, commercial architect, and multi-family builder brand specifications, negotiate supply/incentive agreements, and nurture partnerships with supply chain dealers and contractors. You will live in the Denver, CO area and regularly travel Colorado as well as the North Central & Northwest United States as you develop opportunities, and your strategically placed independent sales representatives require support. Your management and support team will include two Business Unit Managers, a National Account Manager, two 100,000+ sf US manufacturing facilities, and Customer Service, Product-Development, and Marketing Team’s. Your tools will include a contemporary laptop computer, iPhone, Microsoft 360 / Teams, Construct Connect Project Lead Mgmt. System, ARCAT commercial specification support, SAP Concur expense management system, ZOHO CRM, and Sandler Sales Systems training. Your 5+ yrs. of building industry sales and sales management experience and bachelor’s degree will assure you are a candidate. Your builder, architect, and multi-family/commercial developer brand specification experience, collaborative nature, and earnings driven personality will make you a leading candidate!
Our client offers a competitive salary of $70,000 plus a $10,000 guarantee and generous commission plan yielding a realistic first year total earnings range of $100,000 - $110,000, 2nd year total compensation range of $125,000 -$135,000!
