Job Summary

Exceptional Remote National Industrial Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales manager to drive business opportunities for our agricultural and power transmission products in the North America region. This position requires the successful candidate to identify, solicit, negotiate, monitor, and grow large national accounts in the U.S.

Responsibilities: 
• Identifying opportunities and potential of new national accounts 
• Developing strategies and conducting high level sales presentations and sales calls 
• Establishing a working and personal relationship with key decision makers 
• Building up a sales team to cover all major accounts and industries in north America 
• Negotiating contracts to maximize margin prices and terms on all accounts 
• Making recommendations to management for new sales initiatives 
• Gathering and analyzing data and comparing and analyzing price levels to be proposed 

Skills and Qualifications: 
• At least 5 years of successful growing sales through new customers
• Experiencing selling products on any value added service
• Understanding of Agriculture and Power Transmission industry
• OEM-prototyping and application engineering experience 
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to problem solve 
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
