Reporting directly to the CEO, the North American Sales and Business Development Manager will lead our US & Canadian divisions, driving growth, market share, and an unstoppable sales culture. This is your chance to make your mark with a fast-growing, innovative brand.

What You’ll Do 

  • Build & execute sales strategies across wholesale, e-commerce, retail, & international markets 

  • Lead from the front: train, mentor & energize a top-performing sales team 

  • Manage key accounts while empowering reps to win new business 

  • Drive revenue, margins & budgets with precision and accountability 

  • Partner with Marketing to maximize brand presence & in-store sell-through 

  • Leverage digital platforms, spot trends & outpace competitors 

 

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of proven sales leadership (multi-channel; retail required) 

  • QSSP certified 

  • Track record of growing revenue & building elite sales teams 

  • Industry experience in Safety, PPE, Hardware, or Industrial a big plus 

  • Strong sales process knowledge (CRM, ERP, analytics) 

  • Inspiring communicator & hands-on leader 

  • Willingness to travel and be where the action happens 

  • Lead strategy and execution in a high-impact role 

  • Build and inspire a sales culture that doesn’t just hit goals—it crushes them
