Responsibilities
As an Owner/Operator you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities while partnering with proven recruiting specialists. If you don’t already, you will learn your industry niche inside and out — understanding roles, titles, leadership needs, market trends. You will:
- Partner with clients to understand and fulfill their talent needs
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR executives, and C-suite decision makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and share actionable insights
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of trusted client relationships

Compensation & Investment: As a franchise owner, you earn as much as you want based on your performance. You will pay a modest monthly franchise fee in exchange for support, tools, brand strength, training, and infrastructure. Please Note: This is not a salaried job — it is a serious business ownership opportunity with an initial investment and a modest monthly franchise fee.
