We have been retained to find a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our clients amazing team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our staff and clients in providing top-quality architectural services.

Reporting to the Firm Managers, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating city services, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Seek and/or select potential jobs/clients that fit within the profile of work/clients that our client wishes to pursue. Provide proposals to clients as requested.

• Help clients in site selection, funding sources, etc.

• Assist clients with rezoning, platting, etc.; provide design compliance with building codes, zoning, and ordinances.

• Coordinate preparation of site and building plan schematics with Project Coordinator, drafting and Administrative Assistants to complete the development of the schematic design application package.

• Attend weekly or bi-weekly conference calls with clients throughout the project.

• Obtain consultants as necessary and coordinate consultant agreements, meetings, and schedules.

• Coordinate preparation of the Construction Drawings and Specifications with the Client and Project Coordinator, working with the funding agency and City, as required.

• Conduct and/or organize for Preconstruction conference, monthly site observations, punch list and final inspections, and warranty inspections (as applicable).

• Attend training related to building and accessibility codes, and industry-related topics.

• Complete personal timesheet entries on a daily/weekly basis.

• Attend weekly Project Status Report Meetings to review production schedules/goals.

• Attend quarterly PM/PC meetings.


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

• 5+ years of experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and ordinances.
