Responsibilities

Booked $170K in revenue
Hit the daily KPIs on dials
Well-defined understanding of your pipeline
This is not just about booking meetings—you’ll play a vital role in the company’s growth through genuine discovery and relationship-building.
What you'll do...
Execute world-class nurturing, discovery, and qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
Participate in a 2-week comprehensive onboarding program before beginning outreach.
Follow a structured 6-month ramp-to-quota program designed for your success.
Commit to 5 full days in-office each week in Burlington, MA.
Maintain high activity levels—80+ dials per day using advanced tools like Orum Dialer (top performers reach 1,000+ dials per week).
Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team.
Engage with challenging technical personas, including IT infrastructure and data center professionals.
Required Skills
What our client is looking for...
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development.
Proven success calling into on-premise IT data centers for infrastructure-related products or solutions.
Experience in data storage, backup, or data protection preferred.
A genuine passion for business development—you can clearly articulate why you enjoy the early-stage sales process.
Strong communication skills and a persistent, coachable attitude.
Ability to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
