Sales Recruiters has been retained by this market leader to locate and bring to the attention of the Senior Management, a successful and experienced sales professional who desires to be part of a growing company in a recession proof industry sector of Life Sciences.  



 

Responsibilities

What you will be doing on a regular basis!

  • Visiting prospects to push the sales process through the funnel.
  • Utilizing WebEx and other video conference tools to gather critical information prior.
  • Customers meetings to expand services that the company could provide.
  • Formal business reviews with key customers
  • Working with distribution to train and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments typically two weeks in advance
  • Initiating and leading conference calls with prospects to train, introduce a concept, drive the sales cycle, etc.
  • Internal calls with your manager weekly.
  • Internal call with the Life Science team weekly.
  • Hosting WebEx training and presenting to prospects, customers, and distribution
  • Researching medical device prospects in your region
  • Utilizing LinkedIn to identify and contact the right people who command and influence the production, operations and procurement of yield
  • Utilizing Sales Force to build and work your pipeline
Being familiar with the manufacturing process at the factory floor level in the Biotechnology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor manufacturing and contract manufacturing field.

Representing the company's Contamination Control Solutions (CAPA) corrective action and preventive action strategies, and use the company's cleanroom products and materials. The end result is a significantly reduction in downtime and inspection time while improving production rate output on the manufacturing floor where FM (foreign material) contamination often causes significant yield losses on a day-to-day basis.

Description: This is a sales hunting position. Your primary responsibility will be demonstrating our client's clean room value proposition, being on the factory floor, and working with layers of contacts i.e. purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and quality support.

Reason for the position: To help medical device, pharma, and life science manufacturers improve productivity and quality, our client offers an innovative foreign material FM identification service that allows quality departments to carry out our root cause analysis. In order to control contamination risks, medical device facilities perform thorough and extensive cleaning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on floors, walls, and ceilings.

Overview of position:
  • Working with distribution to train and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Hosting conference calls with prospects to train, introduce a concept, and drive the sales cycle.
  • Hosting WebEx training and presenting to prospects, customers, and distribution.
  • Researching medical device prospects in your region.
  • Utilizing Sales Force to build and work your pipeline.
  • This is a strategic sale: Assessing successes and failures and then modifying the approach and developing channel partners that can help pull-through opportunities.
Webex industry, customer, and distribution training - Conferences and Workshops where your sales activity is entered into a robust CRM (Salesforce). We utilize SPIN as a selling strategy and communication tool both internally and externally. This position is primarily for Life Science and Medical devices within that market

Required Skills

Fluent in Spanish and English
Comfortable and experience in the production and plant environment of Life Sciences entities.
Live in Texas and comfortable with Unites States and Mexico located based plants and operations.
Desire and experience presenting programs to all levels of stakeholders (Engineering, QA, Research and Development, Procurement, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
Ability to work remote via home based office
Developing, train, and support channel partners in the Life Science Plant Environments
