This is a hybrid position, requiring the Regional Sales Specialist to be on site 3 days a week in the downtown Boston office. Responsibilities

Performance Objectives for the first 6-12 months


What you will be doing:
  • Making outgoing calls for the wholesaler
  • Update the CRM
  • Keep updated on products (new funds) and marketing information
  • Analyze daily sales reports
  • Facilitate conference calls between branch offices
  • Develop new prospects
  • Follow up with financial professionals after Regional VP visits
  • Collaborate with the RVP in creating and implementing marketing and sales strategy plans
  • Partner with the Regional Vice President
  • Proactively connecting with external clients
  • Establish connections for the wholesalers
  • Ensure compliance adherence


Required Skills

Skills, Traits, and Attributes for Success in the Position:

  • Teamwork
  • Organized
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience with a strong business acumen
  • Strong desire to go into sales
  • Ability and desire to gain knowledge of financial markets 
  • Series 7 and 66 or willingness to pass the test while an employee 
  • Competitiveness 
  • Ability to travel rare nights and weekends
