What You'll Do:
- Conduct targeted cold prospecting to identify and engage potential clients, nurturing interest and setting appointments for Doctors, Practice Administrators, and Office Managers with our sales team.
- Schedule appointments with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and partner referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and iterate on sales development methods and processes.
- Research and analyze market trends to refine outreach approaches and enhance effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Must have Healthcare (medical practices) calling experience
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- B2B and SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is highly preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
