We've been engaged with a strong player in the online brand protection marketplace. Our innovative client delivers industry-leading solutions that give their clients brand control in the online marketplace, arming them with a crucial edge over the competition, and leading to transformational growth.
Our client is looking for a high-energy, tenacious Sales Professional with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join their team. This “business-to-business” Sales Professional should be able to prospect and target accounts for new business development. As the first line of contact, you will be required to understand the diverse business needs of prospects in a variety of industries. You must be comfortable selling solutions to all levels of any organization’s departments focused on e-commerce business management.
Responsibilities
Performance Objectives:
- 100% net new client acquisitions (hunter)
- Expansion and renewals after the client signs the contract
- Understanding the company's ideal client profile which is consumer brands that are sold at multiple retail outlets
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying and researching leads to closing to renewal.
● Identify and create leads to continually build a sales pipeline
● Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close to renewal
● Diligently maintain relationships with existing clients
● Execute online and in-person presentations with a high level of comfort
● Professional acumen in dialog with Executive Level business professionals
● Monitor individual sales performance and take action based on established KPIs
● Ability to adapt quickly to a changing e-commerce business environment
● Relationship management with all departments and levels within the organization
● Continuously improve brand position and sales growth
Required Skills
About You:
● 3 plus years of sales experience working for a consumer brand or brand protection company
● At least one year of sales experience in a closing role
● You are quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess the grit to overcome objections
● You will use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar for success
● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Must be extremely detail-oriented, a team player, internet savvy, proactive
● Ability to multi-task working in a fast-paced environment
● Possess a start-up mentality
● The ability to create and execute new ideas
● Inherent nature to achieve beyond the expected
● Willingness to travel to trade shows and meet with prospects
● Strong PC and MS Office skills. Experience will Excel is essential
