Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like In The Position):

  1. Achieving annual revenue targets between $850K and $1.05M
  2. Weekly engagement with at least four key contacts
  3. Maintain 120 new monthly with cold calls and contact sequence
  4. Regular interaction in client relationships.
  5. Consistent networking
  6. Maintain 300 new prospect emails and contact sequence
  7. Meet and/or connect with 15 lighting designers each month
  8. Meet and/or connect with 20 tour directors/production managers/production decision makers each month
Other Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business and drive growth within your territory.
  • Conduct site visits, review design plans, and work closely with design teams to positively influence equipment specifications.
  • Navigate complex decision-making units by building relationships with a diverse range of contacts
  • Collaborate with internal Project Managers to create accurate technical quotes and present winning proposals to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the global live events industry
  • Proactively cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and in-person engagement
