 Our client is growing again and they are looking for a Sales Support Manager, Digital Operations to join their team. The Sales Support Manager, Digital Operations will build relationships with sales team members to provide active support, uncovering ways that can improve our sales processes, tools, and strategies. Reporting to the VP, Digital Operations, this role is responsible for supporting all channel sales representatives, troubleshooting CRM issues and for amplifying process changes to the sales organization. Furthermore, this person will be a key player in working to improve sales performance through increasing the adoption and efficient utilization of our CRM and associated tools. Additional responsibilities include:

Primary job duties:

  • Provide daily user support to over 70 sales channel users.
  • Manage the overall adoption of our sales users of the current CRM system and related technical stack.
  • Actively provide feedback to improve Salesforce is meeting the needs of the business.
  • Coordinated with Learning and Development on content needed to drive tech adoption
  • Work with Digital Operations team to map out ongoing improvements, processes, and updates to align with the needs of the sales organization.
  • Grow and sustain the role of SME (subject matter expert) for all CRM and related tools.
  • Track and manage user interactions and engagement, striving to meet or beat department SLA.
 
Minimum qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related Sales Enablement/Operations experience
  • Professional level knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Solid understanding of technology platforms overall
  • Solid Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment
  • Highly organized and detail orientated to manage tasks across multiple projects and timelines
 
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 and a generous commission and bonus program that will yield a realistic first-year total compensation (At Plan) in the $90,000 - $95,000 range.
