We are looking for a senior consultative sales professional who thrives in a technical environment. and excels at relationship-based selling. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth within the live event industry, specifically targeting the concert touring and corporate event segments. This is a role focused on finding new business by developing relationships with key industry decision-makers. position. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, bridging the gap between their engineering and design challenges and our commercial solutions.

Responsibilities
Key Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like In The Position):
- Achieving annual revenue targets between $1.15M and $1.35M
- Weekly engagement with at least four key contacts
- Maintain 120 new monthly prospect cold calls and contact sequence
- Regular interaction in client relationships.
- Consistent networking
- Maintain 300 new prospect emails and contact sequence
- Meet and/or connect with 15 lighting designers each month
- Meet and/or connect with 20 tour directors/production managers/production decision makers each month
Other Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and drive growth within your territory
- Conduct site visits, review design plans, and work closely with design teams to positively influence equipment specifications.
- Navigate complex decision-making units by building relationships with a diverse range of contact
- Collaborate with internal Project Managers to create accurate technical quotes and present winning proposals to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the global live events industry
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of relationship-based selling in B2B industrial or technical sales.
A track record of succeeding with clients on a relationship basis.
An engineering background OR significant industry experience is required.
The technical aptitude to communicate with engineers and technical teams.
Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (3–12 months) and selling high-value solutions
Travel on average one week per month, an up-to-date passport is essential and the available to work flexible hours and travel
Existing network of contacts within the live event sector would be a plus
Experience with stage lighting equipment.
