Our client represents several quality manufacturing lines and companies in Industrial/MRO, Construction, Retail, and Safety. We have worked with them multiple times in the past 6 years to successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators:
- Know the Territory (Accounts and Decision Makers)
- Establish Strong Relationships
- Utilize Manufacturer's Account Targets
- Extend New Business with an increase of 10-15%
- Scales Volume of Existing Accounts to maintain $4M territory (2025 revenue produced)
- Consistent Clear Communication with Manufacturer Contacts
- Use Learnings and Feedback to Grow and Manage Territory
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop existing distributors and end-users as well as prospects for new business in the traffic safety , safetywear, and power tool lines the company represents
- Work closely with manufacturers.
- Sell product features and benefits plus build sales through guidance and recommending new opportunities.
- Hands-on demonstration of new products.
- Working with distributors and their staff to build sales with their customers.
- Required to work trade shows which include some nights and weekends.
- 90% field sales, throughout the state of Florida (to the panhandle)
- 5-7 overnights per month (company paid expenses for business)
