Our client is growing again and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our highly successful sales team. As the face of our client, you will be responsible to win landscape maintenance contracts, snow removal contracts and enhancements for current customers.In this role, you will prospect and schedule appointments, conduct proposal presentations, and proactively follow up with customers and prospects. Our client are team sellers so you will be expected to attend pre-set internal and external appointments as assigned by the SVP of Sales. Expect a fun and highly collaborative environment with an expectation of getting things done!

What we need from you:

* Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* Self-motivation and curiosity to learn about prospects and their needs
* Articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
* Experience with using CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and other basic productivity tools
* Ability to create and edit marketing materials as needed
* Experience with B2B selling, ideally in commercial landscaping or other facilities services
 * BA / BS preferred

Our client offers a competitive salary of $65,000 and a generous commission and bonus program that will yield a realistic first-year total compensation in the $100,000 - $105,000 range, and Top Producers are earning in excess of $300,000.
