Job Summary

Are you an accomplished sales professional with 3 or more years of inside sales experience? Have you had success cold calling and closing your own deals? Are you a high-impact sales professional ready to accelerate your career? If you're a driven, relationship-focused seller with a passion for innovative technology.  This is an established company with sales reps making 6 six figures in their first year.  In this 1099 role you will be paid top rate commissions on all deals you close. Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like In The Position)

  • Quota Attainment of $500,000 (you would earn over $100,000), $750,000 would earn you $180,000
  • Ability to make 80-100 cold calls per day
  • Embrace and be proficient in the CRM System for the prospect/client 
  • Maintain CRM system accuracy,  generating leads, and meeting quota 
  • Maintain consistent and transparent lead generation efforts
  • Focused reporting and sales coordination efforts to maintain and build territory
  • Quota achievement at six and twelve month evaluation points.  
Other Responsibilities:
  • Daily activities will include phone calls and running demos, and close business. (No corporate meetings slowing you down) 
  • Build relationships with prospects, understanding key needs and aligning our solutions to support their goals.
  • Expand market presence by developing new target accounts and strengthening partnerships
  • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to track activities, manage pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts.
